food photography is my deepest passion, specially shooting the striking dishes of the nordic cuisine, which i discovered on several trips to scandinavia, e.g. in copenhagen, denmark.
i encountered this city once through a business trip and was totally enchanted by the vastness and beauty of its unspoiled landscape, its beaches, forests and stunning nature in abundance around and its image has been my solace ever since. as a convinced vegan for ethical and environmental reasons i would like to put a sign for healthy clean food without any animal products.
