Located on Mount Street, Scott’s is a restaurant of great provenance and indisputable style – something Caprice Holdings looked to recapture when they appointed Martin Brudnizki to bring the venue back to life during an extensive redesign. To do so, a sumptuous timber panelled dining room with burgundy leather banquettes and dining chairs, silver leaf mirrored screens and a marble top with stingray fronted bar was designed. Set amongst this backdrop, the restaurant hung art from some of today’s most celebrated British artists ranging from Michael Landy and Gary Hume to Fiona Rae. For specific one-off pieces, the Studio collaborated with Patrice Butler and Amanda Levete who created the chandelier found in the bar and the modern crustacean display and vanity units, respectively.
